Remote-first, async-friendly
We optimise for written communication, deep work, and respect for time zones. Synchronous time is reserved for design reviews and clinical-pairing sessions where it actually adds value.

Clinical Informatics Specialist

Translate clinical workflows (CPOE, MAR, transfusion, smartsets, CDS advisories) into module specifications the engineering team can build. Calibrate UI patterns with practising clinicians across cardiology, pulmonology, paediatrics, OB-GYN, and behavioural health.
RN, NP, MD, or equivalent — with prior EHR informatics work.

Own the release train. Canary → 10% → 100% with cosign + SLSA provenance, Prometheus/Grafana/Tempo/Loki observability, and on-call rotation. DR drills are quarterly, not theoretical.

Healthcare Compliance Specialist
HIPAA · GDPR · DPDP · NABH · JCI · 42 CFR Part 2
Translate regulation into engineering controls — audit-event taxonomy, data-handling rules per region, BAAs, DPAs, breach response. Liaise with hospital information-security teams during procurement.
JD or compliance certification (CHPC, CIPP/E, CIPM) preferred.

Application + screening (1 week)
We review every application a human wrote, not via keyword filter. A short 30-minute screening call follows for promising candidates.

Technical or domain conversation (1 hour)
For engineering roles: design a small system together, no whiteboard puzzles. For clinical / compliance roles: walk through a real workflow from your previous role.

Paid take-home or pairing session (4-6 hours)
Optional and compensated. We aim to give you a realistic sense of the work, not test trivia.

Team conversations + offer (1 week)
Meet two or three people from the team. We close the loop within five business days of the final conversation.
