Our pricing philosophy

Pricing is per-tenant + per-active-user. We do not sell per-seat licenses that punish teams for adding users. An active user is someone who logged in at least once in the billing month. Onboarding a nurse to cover a shift should not require a purchasing conversation.

Common questions

Is there a free trial?: We offer a demo environment for qualified prospects. Contact sales to set one up. We do not offer self-serve sign-up at this stage — Healthplex is a B2B platform that requires onboarding.
Are there setup or implementation fees?: Implementation services are scoped separately. The complexity varies significantly by site size, existing system migrations, and regional compliance requirements. We will scope this honestly before you sign anything.
What is included in the active-user count?: An active user is any user who authenticates at least once in the billing calendar month. Administrative accounts used for system integrations (API keys, service accounts) are not counted as active users.
Can we start with one module and expand?: Yes. The platform is modular by design. A Clinic tier customer can expand to add inpatient or pharmacy modules as their needs grow, with pricing adjusted accordingly.
